  • the nature and impact of food marketing targeting young people
  • media framing of policy debates in the alcohol and food marketing arena
  • advertising and media literacy programs to reduce the negative impact of advertising on young people
  • the impact on community perceptions of fictional portrayals of disease and disability
  • developing and evaluating social marketing programs targeting adolescents and young adults
  • developing innovative messages and communication strategies to increase cancer screening
