Full-Time/Part-Time Workloads
Should you wish to change your candidature from full-time to part-time (or vice versa) you may do so by writing to the Research Student Centre.
- The letter must be counter-signed by your supervisor.
- You should note that you must give this notice by the HECS Census Date of the relevant session (31 March for Autumn Session, 31 August for Spring Session).
Alternatively you can indicate this change on your Annual Progress Report cover sheet, and it will take effect from the following session.
Important Note: Postgraduate students are enrolled by sessions in the same way undergraduate students are. Even if you start or finish mid-session your enrollment is taken from either the beginning or end of that session.
