UOW FULL YEAR $300 (incl GST)
	Entry permits are valid until their expiry on 28 February 2013 and are transferable between vehicles only. This allows the applicant to: Drive different vehicles on occasions Ride share and share the cost of a permit with other travellers You cannot sell or transfer your permit to another person. UOW entry permits may be used in UOW car parks between 8.30am - 6.30pm Monday to Friday only Security safety escorts are available to car parks from dusk onwards. Call security on ext. (4221) 4555 or dial #3 at any security telephone. Leave a message and/or meting point or a contact number. Plan your escort fifteen minutes ahead
NOTE: The holder of a UOW entry permit is not guaranteed a parking space
CONDITIONS OF PERMIT : Please read carefully
	I am on campus more than 4 days per week
	I have read , understood and agree to be bound by the Campus Access and Order Rules for Traffic and Parking Control.
	I have read all of the conditions of this entry permit application (see above Conditions of Permit)
	I agree that should I be successful I will in the ballot I will pay the fee of $300 (incl. GST) within 14 days
Note: This form is not for Undergraduate or Postgraduate Coursework Students CONDITIONS OF PERMIT This application is issued without alteration to the "Conditions of Permit" Any changes to the "Conditions of Permit" by applicants will not be binding.
