Defence Export Controls have the following training available:
*Note this is not a definitive list, other legislative considerations can be found on the Defence Export Controls Website.
Permit applications usually 15 working days for the Defence Export Controls Office (DECO) to process once they receive the documentation from UOW. In the event that information is missing, a specialist assessment or additional information is required by the DECO, this could extend the time up to 35 working days. In these cases we will be in contact with you.
Plan your project and don’t leave your permit until the last minute. The Research Integrity Officer is here to assist you and will be the Single Point of Contact with the DEC throughout this process unless otherwise advised.
