Making an Application
Applying for a course
You can apply directly to the University, or you may choose to use the services of one of our representatives in your home country. Our international representatives can assist you with every step of the application process, from certifying documents, submitting the application, formal acceptance and payment, and visa application. For details of the representative nearest to you, contact UniAdvice.
Apply directly to UOW
If you wish to make a direct application, you have two options:
Apply online
Undergraduate and Postgraduate coursework degrees, excluding Creative Arts programs, Dean’s Scholars, Honours, Bachelor of Health Sciences, International Bachelor of Science (Honours) and the Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS). You can save your application at any time. There is no application fee for any application made through UOWApplyOnline.
Form-based application
You can also download and complete the appropriate application form relevant to your level of study from the list below. Please ensure you read all of the instructions contained within this document.
Select ONE of the following (if you are applying for more than one program, including an English or preparatory academic program + another degree program, select the form for your final course):
* All applications for Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma or Masters by coursework must be accompanied by an application fee of $AUD75, inclusive of GST. See the Postgraduate application form for details.
UAC International
All International students who wish to apply to UOW can apply directly to use, either online or by downloading the application form. International applicants who are attempting:
• an Australian Year 12 in Australia in 2008;
• an Australian Year 12 outside Australia in 2008;
• an International Baccalaureate (IB) in Australia in 2008; or
• a New Zealand National Certificate of Educational Achievement (NCEA) Level 3 in 2008,
...can also apply through UAC International.
