Overseas PracticumWhat is it?If you are undertaking a degree within the Faculty of Education, there are opportunities to travel abroad for the practice teaching component of your course.
Students travel annually to locations including Fiji, China and Malaysia, where they can experience first hand the education system and culture of that country.
In addition to completing the teaching practicum, students also have the opportunity to explore the country they are in, including visiting tourist attractions as well as experiencing traditional customs of that country.
Completing your practice teaching program overseas is a unique opportunity that will without doubt enrich your overall university experience and your future teaching career.
