Annual Reviews against Plans

Each year the University evaluates its performance against the objectives in each of the goal areas in the UOW Strategic Plan. The relevant committees and steering groups monitor performance through annual review and reporting.

Review reports are considered annually by the University Planning and Quality Committee which, in turn, presents a comprehensive annual report of progress against the Strategic Plan to Academic Senate and the University Council.

This institutional review process is informed by annual reviews of:

faculties and professional units against their own plans; and
major committees, against the Goal Management Plans.

Triennial Review of Strategic Plan

UOWs Strategic Plan is revised every three years by the University Planning and Quality Committee and Vice-Chancellor. Revised plans are presented to Academic Senate and the University Council.

A major review of the University Strategic Plan was undertaken during 2010, for implementation of the UOW 2011-13 Strategic Plan in 2011.
