The UOW Vision and Mission, informed by shared Principles, direct the Goals in core and key enabling areas. The Goals are presented, with their objectives, strategies and key performance indicators as chapters of the Strategic Plan. They are the touchstones for all UOW planning, including the chief aligned plans for other Campuses and Centres, Faculties and Units, and Capital Management. The Strategic Projects are energising agents in this structure. Linked to the goals of the University Strategic Plan, they take advantage of opportunities and advance objectives.
