Operational Planning @ UOW

The UOW Management Plans enable and guide action at the operational level:

• Student Learning &Teaching
• Research
• Engagement & Partnerships
• International
• Staff

They provide the performance framework for UOW campuses and sites, faculties and units and are the reference points for supporting plans

Faculty and professional Unit Plans are developed and reviewed in accordance with common templates aligned with the Strategic Goals and Management Plan strategies and targets.  

• Performance is reviewed annually and revised where necessary.  The review reports are key references for:
• Reviews of performance of faculties and professional units
• Reviews of performance against goals and objectives by University committees
• Informing and directing the University budget priorities
• UOW's Annual Report to Parliament
