Faculty & Unit Planning

Each faculty and professional unit develops an annual review and planning report in accordance with common templates. These reports are key references for:

• Reviews of performance of faculties and professional units
• Reviews of performance against goals and objectives by University committees
• Informing and directing the University budget priorities
• UOW’s Annual Report to Parliament

Faculty and Unit Plans provide a framework for strategic action, review and improvement which is aligned to UOW strategic goals and objectives. Faculty Plans are rolling plans, with strategies continually reviewed and revised where necessary.
