Stolen, Lost & Forged Permits

Report a lost or stolen Entry Permit to the Police Assistance Line on 131 444 and request a Police event number.

A report can then be lodged with UOW Security. Complete the Replacement Entry Permit Form (B&G-PAR-FRM-012) and then obtain your replacement from the Financial Services Division.

A replacement fee of $15 applies.

Possession and use of any stolen or lost permit is a criminal offence. The manufacture or use of a forged or altered permit is a criminal offence. Where an authorised person detects the commission of a criminal offence in these circumstances an authorised person may conduct an investigation and call upon assistance from police. The authorised person may use their discretion in issuing a fine for the offence that a valid permit is not displayed on the vehicle. This may also result in internal disciplinary procedures and the calling of police to pursue criminal charges.
