- Applications from graduates from institutions other than the University of Wollongong must be assessed by the Director for "equivalence" and you will be advised of any conditions to be met (eg bridging activities) to become eligible for entry into the Course. These requirements will not affect your place in the order of applications received.
- If you are a final year student, you may be asked to make an appointment with the Director to discuss your proposed study plan. If part-time, you may be asked to enrol in a particular practice subject in each session.
- If you are eligible for entry into the Course, the Director will recommend that you should be made an offer by UniAdvice (the University student administrative centre). Once you receive this offer, you must accept it and pay the Course fee for the enrolment to be completed.
- If, at any time after lodging the application and before formal enrolment, you wish to withdraw your application, please notify the Legal Practice Unit so that any student on a waiting list can be considered for the Course. Once enrolled, any intention to withdraw from or to defer a subject must be discussed with the Director, so that an alternative study plan can be devised.
