Traditionally the LSS did not run a Witness Examination Competition, as the Faculty provided Witness Examination training in the subject 'Evidence Law'. However, in 2007 this did not happen due staff resource constraints. Should the Witness Examination practical component not return to Evidence in 2008, the LSS will consider introducing an LSS Witness Examination Competition.
