Welcome

The University of Wollongong Law Students' Society exists to embrace the different needs of all law students, to generate a richer and more rewarding experience for them while they are at UOW. The society is run by a committee of elected students who offer their time, effort and energy on a completely voluntary basis.

The LSS runs a number of annual law skills competitions, produces a number of annual publications, and organises a number of networking events and professional seminars for UOW students undertaking a LLB degree or completing their PLT studies.

The LSS represents UOW law students on the Faculty of Law Education & Advisory Committees as well as on the Faculty Committee. UOW law students' interests are also represented by LSS councillors at a national level, through the Australian Law Students' Association.
