This list includes a selection of general law sites, as well as specific sites dealing with labour law and industrial relations as at September 1998. Most are accessible for free, although some law publishers and information providers are beginning to charge for services, while others (eg LEXIS, APAIS, IREL) are available to paying subscribers only. Web pages are being continually established and updated, so some addresses may change.

Australian Guide to Legal Citation

A detailed and comprehensive guide to citation of legal material. It is a revised version of the style guide to the Melbourne University Law Review, and aims to be the standard reference for legal citation in Australia. Copies can be downloaded from the internet site.

Database of secondary materials relevant to law, produced by the Commonwealth Attorney-General's Library. Duplicates APAIS to some extent, but contains more abstracts.
