Le-Thuy Tran

Dr. Le-Thuy Tran is an adjunct lecturer at the Central Queensland University, Faculty of Business and Law, Sydney International Campus. She holds a Ph.D. from University of Nagoya, Japan. She has worked as a public servant at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Vietnam, and as consultant for Japanese investors. She has written a book (Corporate Governance and The Corporations Law: the case of Vietnam), published a dozen of longer articles, and has presented a number of conference papers and public lectures. Le-Thuy writes mostly in English or Japanese with a particular interest in comparing Vietnamese, Japanese and other foreign law in the following areas:

  • Corporations law
  • Corporate governance
  • Business law
  • Law of torts
