Ziqiang Tang

Mr. Ziqiang Tang graduated in 1994 from Northwest University of Political Science and Law. From 1994 to 2002, he worked as professional law counsellor in the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China dealing with over 100 economic cases. Since 2002 he teaches and researches law as senior lecturer at Chang'an University. His research interests are Jurisprudence (including legal culture, comparative law) and Constitutional law (including human rights, constitutionalism). At CLDSAP, he is researching the relationship between human rights and IP.
