ITS provides comprehensive documentation on the IT infrastructure, services and support, as well as user guides for campus desktop standard software and operating systems.

The documentation is compiled by staff of ITS. It is tailored specifically towards the staff and students of the University and provides current and up to date information in easy to read guides and handouts.
