Important note regarding Office 2007 files

Microsoft Office 2007 has changed the structure of the file format. Files created in Office 2007 format are not natively readable by earlier versions of Microsoft Office (such as Microsoft Office 2003 or Microsoft Office 2000).

A Compatibility Pack is available in ITS Managed Laboratories allowing users to open Office 2007 files in Office 2003.
