ITS provides comprehensive documentation for staff and students on the IT infrastructure, services and support, as well as user guides for campus desktop standard software and operating systems.

The documentation is compiled by staff of ITS and is tailored specifically towards the staff and students of the University. The documentation provides current and up to date information in easy to read guides and handouts.
