Online Training

Online training supports technology education by offering convenient, self-service materials for users to improve and enhance their technology skills.

ITS has just completed a pilot program using CUPC as the pilot software for online training in the form of short videos.  These are not meant to replace face-to-face training classes but are useful for those who do not have time to attend classes or as a reference point. Watch out for more UOW online training in 2011.

CUPC / Video Advantage	Go through each of the Training modules to find out how to begin using CUPC.
MS Office online training	Download our Quick Reference Guides and/or use the Interactive Help Demonstration to get up to speed. Note:  For the Interactive Help Demonstrations, you may need to allow the add-on to run – if you see a message at the top of the web page asking about running the add-on, click and then choose Run Add-on and then OK.
