Roving Helpers

During session, ITS provide roving helpers in the student computer laboratories who can give you the help you need if the whole 'computer thing' seems too much. Our roving helpers are students who love helping people with computer problems. They can help you with email, internet, SOLS, MS Office and more.

Rovers are in the Student Central Computer laboratories in Building 17, Monday to Friday: 11.30am - 2.30pm. For more information, see the Roving Help web page.

Help notes and handouts for use in the student labs are available on the student userguides web page and hard copies are available from the Student Central Computer laboratories on level 1, Building 17.
