UOW User Account

Overview

Staff, students and associates of the University are entitled to a UOW User Account for the duration of their association with the university. A user account provides access to University resources including email, SOLS mail for students and the intranet for staff. Your UOW User Account also allows you to login and change or reset your password and gain access to the UOW wireless network. Under the University's User Account Management Policy, an authorised user has an assigned user account which is defined by a username and enabled password.

Requirements
  • Must have a current and active status with the University, determined and verified by Human Resources or the Academic Registrar
  • Must read and agree to the University IT Policies.
Getting Started

To start using your UOW User Account you must either be enrolled or employed in some capacity by the University or its associates.
