Print & Copy Services

In order to meet the complete printing, scanning and copying needs of the UOW community, the University has a contracted supplier, Business Machine Specialists (BMS), for the provision and management of Print Services for staff, students and associates. This includes Multi Function Devices. Printing is available for students and visitors via the Prepaid Print Model and for staff via the Workplace Print Model

• Prepaid Model (Students)
• Workplace Model (Staff)

Depending on the model the services supported under the models include:

• Printing (Black & White and Colour)
• Copy
• Fax
• Scan - this feature is only available on the Workplace Model

• Students, visitors and guests
• Staff
