Informatics Student Information Service

The Faculty of Informatics has a “one-stop” shop for all student enquiries providing basic assistance and advice to students regarding the Faculty of Informatics, including appropriate referral to general and academic staff within the Faculty.

Services offered include:
    - Advice on courses
    - Course materials
    - Forms
    - Referral service
    - Computer access
    - After-hours' access
    - A/Hs access application form
    - Print quota

    - Assignment cover sheets
       - SCSSE
       - SISAT
    - Limited stationery

SCSSE and SISAT Help Desk

The Centre houses the Help Desk which offers:

  • Enquiries relating to SCSSE and SISAT LABS
  • Password changes/resets for WINDOWS
  • Equipment loads for SCSSE SISAT subjects

Daily during the following hours:

In Session

Out of Session
9:30 to 10:30am
and
2:00 to 3:00pm		 9:30 to 10:30am

Centre Opening Hours

The Centre is open from 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday
