PAM Interviews

Checklist

1. Check your SOLS or email account for a message from the PAM Coordinator advising you of your interview date and time.
2. Don't forget to write the date and time in your diary.
3. Note down your advisor for this year. (Contact information can be found below.)
4. Contact your Advisor by phone or email at least 2 days before your scheduled interview to confirm your appointment.
5. Print out your academic plan and degree rules and bring them with you to the interview. Remember to fill out the plan first!

Troubleshooting

1. If you cannot attend the scheduled meeting, please make contact directly with the advisor as soon as possible and arrange a meeting which is convenient to you both. Contact information is at the bottom of this page.
2. If you did not attend your interview and were unable to contact your Advisor in time to notify them, you should contact them as soon as possible and reschedule.
3. If you are having trouble contacting your adviser to make another appointment, please contact the PAM Coordinator to help you.

Tips on how to make the most of your interview.

1. Come prepared with any questions about your enrolment.
2. Ask questions about your future studies.
3. Ask what resources you could be using?
4. If you are in 2nd or 3rd year - are you on track for Honours and Postgraduate studies?
