Conferences

ASEARC holds an annual research conference to disseminate information about current research and industry trends.

The 2007 Conference was held at UWS. Details on the conference can be found here, or via the link on the left of the page.

The 2008 ASEARC Research Conference was held at the University of Wollongong on the 2nd and 3rd December. Detailed information on the conference is available here, or via the link on the left of page.

The 2009 Research Conference was held at the University of Newcastle on the 8th and 9th December 2009, focusing on "Teaching and Modelling in Statistics". Detailed information on the conference is available here, or via the link on the left of page. This page also contains the resulting conference proceedings and papers.

Workshops

Workshops are held to discuss and develop ASEARC concepts and ideas.In August 2008 ASEARC hosted a workshop for partner members on was to initiate and partner research projects. The workshop also dealt with funding mechanism and links to industry. Details of the workshop are available here.

Sharing subjects - AMSI and other universities.
 
AMSI, the Australian Mathematical Sciences Institute, list a variety of math and statistical undergraduate and graduate subjects delivered from other universities via the Access Grid technology.
