Over the last five years ZZU’s School of Information Engineering and UOW’s School of Electrical, Computer and Telecommunications Engineering (SECTE) at the Faculty of Informatics have developed a successful twinning collaboration.

UOW academic staff teach a number of their subjects in an intensive mode into the ZZU Bachelor of Engineering degree (majors include Electronic and Information Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Engineering); with the opportunity for some of these students to articulate to the equivalent SECTE Engineering bachelor degrees.

To date more than 120 Zhengzhou University students of high academic standing have articulated to UOW.

The joint program is highly regarded by the Chinese Ministry of Education as a model program for international collaboration.
