Lab Reports and Assignments
Submission of Reports and Assignments
All Lab Reports and Assignments are submitted through the submission boxes located outside room 35.132 and across from the female toilets.
Attached to all Lab Reports and Assignments must be a unique cover sheet that is generated online. When using SATS all SECTE Lab Reports are treated as an Assignment unless advised otherwise.
To generate the cover sheet, go to:

Login: student
Password: coverit
Submission data for your subjects and your student id will generally be uploaded into the system by the end of Week2. After week2 please see the Stores Officer for assistance if needed. That is if you cannot login see Brian (the Stores Officer)
Submissions will be collected from the boxes at 11:30am each day which is the due time for most work. Any work submitted after the collection has occurred will not be scanned until the next day and your work will be marked as one day late.
When submissions are collected the barcode on the cover sheet is scanned, and you will automatically receive an e-mail confirming your submission. If you do not receive a confirmation after 24 business hours then it is your responsibility to contact the Stores Office to investigate the matter.
Collection of Reports & Assignments:
When your report or assignment has been marked you will receive an e-mail that it is ready to be picked up from the Stores Office. On collecting your assignment, the Stores Officer will barcode scan your student ID card. Therefore no report or assignment can leave the Stores area without the matching student ID card.
Please note that reports are not marked by the Stores Officers. If you have any queries in regards to your marks you must see the subject coordinator.
Any report/assignment that is handed back for collection by students on the Friday of Study Recess will be kept in the Stores for three weeks after Study Recess. Any report handed back for collection after that date will be kept until week 2 of the next session. It is the students responsibility to ensure that they collect reports as soon as they become available.
