SMP - OnLine Tutorial / Laboratory System

SISAT and SCSSE
Tutorial Sign Up Autumn 2012
Monday 13 February 2012 staggered from 7pm (19:00)

Tutorial, Workshop & Computer Laboratory sign-up for subjects within SISAT and SCSSE will occur from Monday 13 February 2012 staggered from 7pm (19:00) using the SMP Online Tutorial system via SOLS (http://www.uow.edu.au/student/). Details of specific opening times for SCSSE and SISAT will also be available on SOLS.

SMP Online is a "first in" enrolment system.

SISAT and SCSSE subjects that a student is officially enrolled in will be available for tutorial sign-up (i.e. have a prefix of: CSCI, IACT, MCS, ISIT, MTS)

SMP Online will display (once logged in via SOLS) all the SISAT and SCSSE subjects the student is officially enrolled and any other non-SISAT and non-SCSSE subjects (eg: Law, Arts, Education), the student is enrolled in, but only if these subjects are using SMP Online.

Students are only permitted to enrol in one tutorial, workshop or computer laboratory group at a time, you must withdraw from a group if you want to enrol in another group (eg if you are in Tut A and want to move to Tut B, you must firstly withdraw from A).

When a student withdraws from a subject, the student is automatically withdrawn from its associated tutorial, workshop or computer laboratory.

Students will need to consult with the subject coordinator for any matters related to tutorials, workshops or computer laboratories.

All SISAT and SCSSE tutorials, workshops & computer laboratories commence in week 2 of session (unless advised otherwise). Lectures commence from the first week.

Further information can be found at the SMP Online Tutorial Help Page.

If you need assistance with the SMP Online Tutorial System, please email SMP Support or contact SMP Support on 4221 5423.
