- My print quota has run out, how do I get additional pages?
To increase your print quota you need to purchase additional pages from the Student Enquiry Centre (Level 1, Building 3.) - How do I know how many pages I have left on my print quota?

The following command will take you to a backup copy of files within your UNIX home directory:
$ cd ~/.snapshot
- The printer in my Lab has run out of paper or toner.
For the computer labs in Building 3, see the support staff in room 3.238. - Do the Windows and Linux Laboratory PCs have a backup facility?
No. It is the students' responsibility to backup his or her work frequently. We recommend using a Zip disk, flash drive or CD-R.
