  1. My print quota has run out, how do I get additional pages?
    To increase your print quota you need to purchase additional pages from the Student Enquiry Centre (Level 1, Building 3.)
  2. How do I know how many pages I have left on my print quota?

  3. How do I recover recently deleted files on UNIX (Wumpus, Banshee, and Wraith)?
    The following command will take you to a backup copy of files within your UNIX home directory:
    $ cd ~/.snapshot
  4. The printer in my Lab has run out of paper or toner.
    For the computer labs in Building 3, see the support staff in room 3.238.
  5. Do the Windows and Linux Laboratory PCs have a backup facility?
    No. It is the students' responsibility to backup his or her work frequently. We recommend using a Zip disk, flash drive or CD-R.
