Year 7 & 8 Mini-Bootcamps
The Year 7 & 8 Mini-Bootcamps engage Year 7 and 8 students, their parents and teachers in a three hour workshop. The workshop will cover topics such as the concept of a progression journey, an introduction to higher education, introducing the language of higher education and recognising the links between their own curriculum and study at a higher education level that will lead to potential careers. The workshops will culminate in students developing short term and long term goals for the academic study and a suite of additional online resources that parents can tap into after the workshops.
