February 24-26: Goodwill Hunting

This is the 2nd year this is being held. Click here for information about last year’s event. Staff and members of the local community donate household items to assist new/current students who have recently moved from home. Students will be able to obtain items from February 24th-26th so if you are moving into a new place and need household items including furniture we look forward to seeing you then. Also let your fellow students know of this event.

Donations are being received at Building 27 (Movement Lab next to the Graduate School of Medicine on February 1st-3rd from 7.30am to 10am and on February 4th-5th from 10am to 2pm.  If you would like to volunteer on any of these days please email Kay.

 August 31: Oz Health Fusion Team Challenge
Where: Brisbane, QLD
What: Oz HFTC is a team challenge that gets a variety of student health professionals to work on a management plan to deliver best practice and collaboration to a client. The challenge is set over a few weeks. More info on the Oz HFTC website or Facebook.
