- Associate Professor
Research Interests:
- Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy;
- Designing and Evaluating interventions to reduce suffering, promote vitality, and promote social effectiveness (in a variety of contexts, including organizations, adolescents, and cancer groups);
- The role of social and emotional intelligence (or competence) in dealing with life problems and stress
- Social, affective, and cognitive factors contributing to depression and suicide;
- Individual difference factors that contribute to social and emotional well-being.
