Masters of Science or Phd (by research)

To qualify for entry into the Master of Science (Honours) by Research candidates must have a good Honours degree in Psychology of at least Class II, Division 2, or its equivalent. The usual minimum period of study is two years full-time.

To qualify for entry into the Doctor of Philosophy candidates must have a good Honours degree in Psychology of at least Class II, Division 1, or its equivalent. This degree is usually a minimum of three years full-time.

It is possible to complete research degrees on a wide variety of topics. The topics of research in a researh degree is usually expected to correspond with the research interests of the supervising staff member.
