• Development of skills and competence in the new graduate nurse and in nurses working within critical settings.
• Leadership and Management.
• Practice Development with specific focus on critical care nursing practice.
• Development, use and interpretation of track and trigger scoring systems.
• Developing and maintaining numeracy skills in nurses.
• Curriculum evaluation.
