The Faculty of Health & Behavioural Sciences includes three Schools, each of which offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The Faculty also supports a variety of research areas.

The Faculty of Health and Behavioural Sciences is comprised of three Schools, School of Health Sciences; School of Nursing, Midwifery and Indigenous Health; and School of Psychology. Each of these schools offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate programs designed to meet the needs of a diverse student population. The Faculty employs modern technology and best practice teaching methods essential to the development of quality education.

Congratulations Craig Gonsalvez and Bob Barry on their success in obtaining a one-year grant from the Department of Justice, Victoria, to investigate the use of Evoked Response Potentials and autonomic measures to distinguish problem from non-problem gamblers.  The scheme had a 19% success rate and the grant is valued at $87,000. Well done Bob and Craig.

Responding to Inappropriate Alcohol Advertising

This web-site has been developed as a result of a community-originated and community-driven project to respond to significant concerns about the impacts of alcohol marketing on alcohol consumption (particularly among young people).
