- Social well-being - (relationship quality social support, etc.)
- Physical indices: (e.g., cardiovascular health, weight control, blood pressure, immune response)
- Emotional well-being (negative indices such as depression and stress and positive indices such as life satisfaction and joy).
- The Levels of Emotional Awareness Scale for Children (LEAS-C)

Develop a research agenda that seeks to integrate the social, emotional, and physical aspects of health/well-being. |
Research Streams:

Basic research - establishes the best ways of promoting personal effectiveness and well-being. |

Intervention research - seeks to improve personal effectiveness and well-being. The Centre actively develops partnerships with private and public organisations in order to conduct these interventions. |
