Craig Patch

PhD, MBA, AdvAPD, GAICD

Position:

Craig is the Innovations Manager for Clover Corporation and Nu-Mega- Ingredients and is responsible for the commercialisation of innovative nutrition & food science. Most recently he worked for Uniquest as the commercialisation manager in Life Sciences at the University of Wollongong.

He has a range of experiences in the field of food, health and nutrition, spanning clinical, food service, research and consultancy. He has worked as an industry consultant with the National Centre of Excellence in Functional foods and has 10 years of experience as a clinical dietitian. His current research interests include the science-practice interface of omega-3 enriched functional foods, bioactive synergy and appetite control and developing novel anti-cancer pharmaceutical formulations.

Craig has a PhD in biomedical science, a Masters of Business Administration, is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is an advanced APD. He is an honorary fellow with the University of Wollongong, a member of the AIFST, IFT, Nutrition Society and the St James Ethics Centre.
