Research Interests:

Bridget’s broad research area is the biomechanics of injury prevention with a focus on:

  • Foot structure and function and footwear design, particularly for the younger and older foot
  • Lower limb loading during dynamic landing and side-step movements
  • The use of intelligent textiles as biofeedback and rehabilitation systems
  • Breast motion, bra fit and bra design
