From 2003 – 2008 the Smart Foods Centre was a partner of the National Centre of Excellence in Functional Foods (NCEFF), a five-year collaboration with CSIRO, Food Science Australia and the Department of Primary Industries, Victoria.

During this time the Smart Foods Centre managed the administrative hub for NCEFF and provided consulting and contract research services for the Australian Food Industry.

More information and linkages for the Food Industry in relation to Functional Foods can be found at www.nceff.com.au until 30 June 2009.

The Smart Foods Centre continues to offer consulting and contract research services to the food industry. For more information into the ways we can support your business, please contact Louise Abrams, our Business Development Manager, on 02 4221 5121.
