About Us
The School of Health Sciences is home to staff and students from a wide range of science and health disciplines. It offers a diverse variety of professional programs underpinned by strong science, in discipline areas including:

All our programs draw on a range of knowledge areas, offering students the opportunity to obtain a qualification with the flexibility to continue their career in numerous health professional areas and in a variety of clinical settings. The School of Health Sciences boasts extensive teaching facilities, which are equipped with the latest technology and supported by a team of professional technical staff, to foster a quality educational experience.
The School is increasingly being recognised for its excellence in research in a variety of fields including translational neuroscience, food innovation and nutritional science, metabolism, human and applied physiology, biomechanics and public health. Strong links exist with international research partners as well as and the local Illawarra community, providing environments that enrich student research and specialist coursework interests.
