International Nursing Faculty Survey

PARTICIPANT INFORMATION SHEET

As part of a project looking at strategies to expand and improve the nurse academic/education workforce, Professor Crookes and Dr Smith would like to know about your experience as a nurse academic/educator, what you think makes a good nurse academic/educator, and what are some of the barriers to new people entering the profession.

Your opinions will help inform new directions in nurse education policy, and may be used in published reports to government, and in academic journal articles.

The survey has only 12 questions requiring you to enter as little or as much information as you like. Your participation is entirely voluntary; you are free to refuse to participate. Please note that completion and submission of this survey is also your inferred consent to participate. Because the questionnaires are anonymous, it will not be possible to remove your responses from the study at a later date.

At the end of the survey, you can email your contact details to go into the draw to win a $200 Amazon.com gift voucher.

If you would like to discuss this research further, or would like to receive a summary of the results at the conclusion of this study, please contact:
