She then moved to the role of Executive Director with the AMA (NSW) Charitable Foundation and developed a CD ROM to support school drug education programs while simultaneously working with the Leukaemia Foundation of Australia to facilitate the formation of the State organisation. Sue took up her current position with the National Breast Cancer Foundation in April 2000.
As the CEO Sue has responsibility for developing and implementing strategy to increase participation in, and support for, breast cancer research throughout Australia. Most recently the NBCF has launched the first-ever National Action Plan for breast cancer research which aims to change the way breast cancer research is planned, performed and monitored in Australia.
