At the Biomechanics Research Laboratory (BRL) opportunities exist for students to become part of a unique research training environment to carry out applied biomechanics research in one of our four areas of research excellence:

Available Honours Projects for 2010

•  Dynamic knee joint loading during side-stepping and landing movements in sport
•  Can interventions targeted at enhancing foot function improve gait and balance in older people?
•  Design of innovative sports bras to reduce exercise induced breast discomfort
•  Using intelligent fabrics to assist lymphoedema patients
