IT and Technical Support

General IT Support

The ITS Help Desk can be contacted on extn. 3000.

Help Desk staff are available from 8:00am - 5:00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

Requests can also be logged online via the IT Support Wizard, on the https://intranet.uow.edu.au/portal/profile/index.php page.

All requests are logged to a database and a job number assigned for your reference.

Urgent Support

For issues that require immediate action, notably where teaching is impacted, call extn. 3000 (ITS Help Desk) or extn. 3775 (ITS Reception).
