Overview
The Master of Business - Research is designed for students who would like to study a higher degree research program, but are hesitant to commit to the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) degrees. The program is suitable for those who are working in middle management positions and aspire to progress to a senior management role. The coursework component of the degree allows students to develop the appropriate research skills to complete the thesis which follows.
Entry Requirements
Applicants must have a Bachelor degree or equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution with an average of at least 60%.
Course Requirements
Candidates are required to complete 24 credit points of coursework and a 48 credit point thesis.

The Master of Business - Research may be used as a pathway into the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) or the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). Upon completion of the Master of Business - Research, students may apply to progress to the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) with credit for subjects previously completed.
