This course enables candidates to complete supervised research in an area of Natural Resources Law.

Entry Requirements / Assumed Knowledge

Candidates should have a recognised undergraduate degree.

Advanced Standing

Candidates may be exempt from LAW993 Research Project (Minor Thesis) if they have completed a substantial piece of written research as part of their Honours Degree at undergraduate level.

Course Requirements

Candidates are required to satisfactorily complete a 48 credit point research paper plus 24 credit points of coursework prior to completion of the thesis.
