Graduate Diploma in Science (Physics)
Overview
This course is designed to provide:
- A Masters qualifying course for students who have inadequate
preparation for direct entry into the Masters by Research program;
- An opportunity for Science teachers who have a degree, but
have taken Physics to first or second year level only, to improve
their understanding and horizons in Physics;
- An opportunity for international students and students without
a full major in Physics to update their knowledge of Physics.
Students must consult the Physics Discipline Adviser for admission
to the course. Forty eight (48) credit points to be chosen from
the following list in consultation with the Physics Discipline
Adviser.
