Entry requirements
An undergraduate degree in Law from a recognised institution,
or recognised overseas equivalent.
Purpose of the program
This program is designed to introduce students from a range of
different countries and legal systems to the principles of international
and comparative law. Students may also study and research various
aspects of natural resources law, commercial law and the Anglo-American
system of common law as it is practiced in Australia. Options cater
for students from civil law and common law countries and those who
do not use English as their language of first choice.
Program Structure
Students complete 48 credit points, comprising compulsory subjects,
research essay and other subjects chosen to complement the student's
background and interests.
